Payment

A 25% deposit confirms a booking only after payment is verified. The remaining 75% is due on trip day before departure. Tax treatment is still to be confirmed.

Guest cancellation

• 7+ days before departure: Full refund of the deposit.
• 48 hours to 7 days before: Deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred once to an available date in the same season.
• Less than 48 hours or no-show: Deposit is forfeited.

A transferred booking depends on availability. If the replacement trip costs more, the guest pays the difference.

Unsafe weather or guide cancellation

If TJ cancels because of unsafe weather, guests may choose a refund of all payments made for the cancelled trip or reschedule to an available date. If TJ otherwise cannot provide the trip, guests may choose a refund of payments or an agreed replacement date. TJ makes weather decisions based on safe operating conditions.
